Frozen 5050CTC2

    Has anyone had a Touch Screen freeze on them, I have tried the recovery disk.
    Also I can't connect via toolkit. Any Help would be appreciated.

    Hi ND,

    Our company made these for Clipsal 13 years ago, i can help you but i need more information about the problem, does it freeze completely or do you have some functions available. the cbus side of the unit is isolated from the pc part of the unit and should be reachable with Toolkit even if the unit has no power. Give me a call and we can discuss your problem in more detail.
