Firmware version 4.0 for the 5000ETP10W

    Hi,

    The latest firmware builds for the 5500 state the 5000ETP10W screen must have the Firmware version 4.0 to be supported
    ...but I can't find that firmware downloadable anywhere? Any thoughts?

    Not sure where you are seeing this information, but I can only find firmware version 1.0 on the Clipsal and SE websites. Are you sure it is the screen firmware that it is referring to?
    I have been chasing a replacement white screen surround four quite some time with no luck, they don't seem to want to support this equipment with parts or updates.
