Firmware issue

    Today I found that there were some issue in the firmware of 2K NEO switches (All the 7 units) which we ordered for one of our project. All these 2Key switches were identified as 8Key switches in toolkit software. Anyone knows how to correct this issue, because I need to hand over this site within next couple of weeks.

    They have been set up incorrectly in the factory.
    You need to return them for credit and exchange.
    There is nothing you can do to change the setting in the unit.
