I'm trying to update a LSS5500SHAC running 1.11.0 without success....

The error I get is "Cannot upgrade, firmware image file is invalid"

I've tried multiple different versions using both Windows and Mac platforms and different browsers... All give me the same error. Going insane. :(

You are attempting to upgrade via the SYSTEM/UPGRADE FIRMWARE option and not the INSTALL UPDATES tab I assume?

Yes, via System - Upgrade Firmware page using the .img file(s).

I'm getting this too - it's definitely a LSS5500SHAC and the firmware is LSS5500SHAC_Firmware_V1.17.0.img downloaded from the Schneider Website.

    HW: LSS5500SHAC (i.MX6)
    SW: 1.14.0

    Any ideas how to fix?

I think you’ll find the newer imx6 CPU will need the 5500AC2 / NAC2 firmware.

The older Imx28 will take the SHAC / NAC firmwares.
