Firmware 1.19.0 Issue

    Have recently upgraded toolkit firmware to 1.19.0
    Have gone to a exisitng site to reprogram some 360 motion sensors 5753L , toolkit can see the sensor on scan but when I select it to program it loads form network to 100% but screen does not show up. Anyone having this issue. Been waiting for 6 hrs now for tech support . ie all other switches, relays and Dali gateway work fine and can make program changes.

    Have been notified buy Tech support that there is a issue but the get around for this is to open in data base in classic view. Can not open on network.

    Hi,
    SO there is issue in 1.19.0 for sensors that prevents them from being opened in the Sensor wizard view,

    to overcome this issue from alive device loading, you use right mouse click over the sensor and select open in classic.

    IN addition to this, you can avoid taking this step by going into toolkit File/Preferences and on the Unit Dialogs page set Classic Mode to true and all sensors will open in the Classic view by default.

    Sorry for this inconvenience the issues will be addressed in upcoming release.
