Have recently upgraded toolkit firmware to 1.19.0 Have gone to a exisitng site to reprogram some 360 motion sensors 5753L , toolkit can see the sensor on scan but when I select it to program it loads form network to 100% but screen does not show up. Anyone having this issue. Been waiting for 6 hrs now for tech support . ie all other switches, relays and Dali gateway work fine and can make program changes.
