I purchased some eDLT's in December last year, and two of them arrived with 'faulty' buttons. That is, the paint is either chipped badly or cracked (the light shines through the crack).

I'm told by the dealer that this is a known manufacturing fault, but it's been a few months since I was told of that. Does anyone have any visbility of this known issue, and are the buttons replaceable, or are we looking at an entire replacement switch?

    Many thanks

    Hi

I did indeed. And after that, the dealer told me that replacement buttons were coming.

Given the same dealer has not completed my order - there's an outstanding eDLT missing I've paid for - I wanted to check before I take next actions to reclaim my monies.

Thanks for clarifying. Sounds like I'm three eDLT's 'down'.

I have chipped paint and missing "dots" from the middle of the buttons, my local rep got me replacements.
