Faceplate paint delaminating

Hi Cbus home lighting system Now have 5 light controller faceplates rear paint on the glass delaminating Allred had one replaced mid 2020. Is this a regular fault Normal domestic home no environmental factors that will contribute thanks Noel

 

HI Noel, I have had this happen to lots of my Saturn faceplates. Mainly if there is any direct sun. They seem to only last about 4-5 years and the others seem to significantly fade as well. Pretty poor quality product the saturn glass and I am regretting putting these in.

Try contacting tech support. I had an eDLT key buttons paint peeling and they sent me new buttons

 

Same as Wonkey, I've found they have been very supportive with that kind of thing.
