Have been engaged by a client to replace a EDLT. They have no Cbus programming from the previous owner. Is it possible to pull the program off the colour touch and if so how do I go about this? Shame the Cbus courses don’t go into depth about situations like this.

Start PICED and select 'transfer project from unit' from the list of options.
Assume the device is on the local network, click Local and wait for piced to find it.
Select the device and click start.
Wait till it does the transfer.
It will then prompt you for a path to put project and it will then ask if you want to import the CBus project file.
Click the check box and continue.
The project (tag) file will be put in the cgate tag directory where toolkit will find it.
