    Hi guys
I know this is probably a really dumb question but regarding having a permanent connection to Ethernet/ internet for the app control do I need to have to have the Ethernet unit 5500cn2 ? Or can I use the wiser 5500shac . If I can use the wiser is it the same as using the 5500cn2 ? Or is it more stable ect ? Or you flat out can’t use both on the same network or it’s a waste of time. Ect. Thanks heaps

The SHAC has dual cni's built in to it. One is dedicated to SHAC functionality, the other is available as a cni for external access, which is the external RJ45 port (or usb connection). You can only have a single network connection to a cni port at one time, so if you connect directly to it you will have to disconnect to use toolkit on that port. If you connect via Cgate you can run toolkit concurrent with your own stuff.
