error 3036

    dear everybody.
    i have a question about error 3036. i have configured a 5500 CNI . i set IP for CNI is 10.120.120.200 , but when i scan device in network, i got error 3036
    i have tryed to re-configure again but still got this problem.
    help me to fix it
    p/s : how to reset 5500 CNI ?

    That error indicates that Toolkit is having communication issues with the unit.

    Normally this indicates that the C-Bus network is not very healthy, possibly due to incorrect number of burdens.

    Maybe try adding a burden
