eDLT Button replacements

Can anyone point me to a supplier who can provide eDLT replacement buttons? The paint is all chipping off mine and my cbus provider is no longer around.

 

I would suggest getting in touch with Clipsal / Schneider directly as I am pretty confident they are not available as an off the shelf spare part..

However my guess (based on recent experience of a different nature) is that they will just palm you off and tell you the only option is to buy a new eDLT..

 

I’ve had several replaced for clients. How old are your edlts?

 

Thanks Roosta I will try Clipsal. The other option is a can of spray paint.

 

Just noticed one of mine with the button looking like someone has taken the paint off it...
Might try support too, but I think this used to be an issue with the first batch that came out so don't like my chances of a replacement.

 

lcrowhurst, I bought them in 2014, don't use them often due to where they are located but they look tacky with the paint chipped off.

I had this, all of the eDLTs I purchased were disintegrating. I had replacement buttons sent out to me, but it was tortuous process, with little communication from the dealer. I was told I wasn't a high priority, which isn't what any customer wants to hear from their provider.

In the end tho, replaced and no problems since. It was a known manufacturing defect.
