E-Mail Manager does not work.

I tried to use e-mail sending function in CTC and Wiser.
I can not get good result.
This is result of my testing.

succeeded case,
I have a project file which was created by old version PICED.
I used PICED 4.10.1.0 for testing and sending file to CTC.
E-mail sending was succeeded by Send Test E-Mail button in E-Mail Manager and Logic in CTC unit.
I added three E-Mail accounts in E-Mail Manager.
I used no.1 account for testing.
Minimum two accounts registration in E-Mail Manager need to get good result of testing.


Failure case,
I modified above project file for Wiser in PICED 4.10.1.0 .
I deleted all buttons and pages.
E-mail sending was succeeded in Send Test E-Mail button.
I sent project file to Wiser and tried to test sending E-mail in Logic.
E-mail sending was not succeeded.
After "Transfer Porject unit" action, I have never succeed sending Email by Send Test E-Mail button in E-Mail Manager.

I made new blank project file for CTC by PICED 4.10.1.0.
I added only same E-Mail accounts.
Sending E-Mail was not succeeded by Send Test E-Mail button in E-Mail Manager and Logic in CTC unit.

Did someone succeed?
