We have a few projects now using the 4 Channel DTSI module in HVAC Mode to control the heating with Wiser2s and a few using B&W Touchscreens. We have seen now a few DTSI dropping of the network but the HVAC manager say in Wiser2 does not notice the unit has gone. So the value store in the HVAC manager will stay at say 19Deg. Now this has caused problems with one client, where the unit went missing and the heating stayed on constantly for 2 weeks even though the temperature had rose to over 25Deg, this happened whilst they were away. The temperature is also missing on the eDLT switch display. Is there a way to pool the DTSI to see if there ?? We have tried the "HVAC Data Valid" but this doesn't notice the unit has gone. Can the data be read from the DTSI module directly, instead of using the HVAC manager or the Measurement Manager. If the CBUS network is removed from the DSTI and then re-applied the unit come back on straight away and the temperature is correctly read.
