DSI Gateway

    Hi

    I have a DSI gateway that I have never been able to get to dim below 40% any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

    It could be a minimum level set in the gateway, it could be the lamp or the ballast itself.

    Can you elaborate? Do you just mean when you set C-Bus to 1% is still seems too bright? Or the brightness doesn't seem to change below 40%?

    Hi thanks for reply, the brightness doesn’t change below 40% whatever it’s set too and get a voltage reading of 4v. I’ll check settings again but couldn’t see anything obvious
