Download default Settings

    I have a 5034NS 4 channel Sceen Controller.
    When it was programed with an old beta version of tool kit 1 button stopped working. I reprogramed with old 16 Bit software. This did nothing. I have reprogrammed with latest tool Kit. Button still stuffed.

    I sent in for warranty repair.

    It was fixed with this analysis

    Unit Fault "Key for not responding"
    Tested Unit
    Found key 4 did not respond
    Checked Customer settings OK
    Changed Group addresses and setting
    Key 4 still failed.
    Download default settings
    Key 4 OK
    Tested OK

    Corrupt Eprom setting /bit error in micro



    Is the Line "Downloaded default settings" something us installers can do ??

    If so what is the process ??
