I've posted about my DLT issues with the nightlight (which is still not resolved - works when it feels like it).

I've got a problem with one DLT that is more annoying - that is, the button doesnt work first time.

Button 1 is set as a dimming light. It doesnt work on the first press, but normally either takes a few presses , or sometimes wont at all (give up after 10 presses).

Button 2 on this DLT is a scene - set the same light to 20%. If you press this , the Button1 light flashed on then off straight away. The light doesnt come on.

If you now go and press button 1, the light DOES come on.

Anyway to debug this further ? I've done a total reset of the system (powered down) - no change.

Have you contacted an official CIS support channel? These forums are unofficial and there is no guarentees that any issue will be resolved when posted here. If you have a problem that you need fixed your best option is to contact the official support channels.

Can't help on the DLT questions, don;t really know much about them... other than they look cool. :)

    DLT Issues

    Hi,

    Sounds a bit mystifying...
Can you post some screen shots of the units config?

Wrt. the scene breaking straight away, ensure all your Action Selectors are unique, otherwise a second scene may be getting set, which could be breaking the first one...

Look at the block tab and try setting the ticks in a diagonaltop left to bottom right and then realign the relevant groups. have seen similar problem myself and this fixed it.

    DLT button doesn't work

    Hi,

Try getting your blocks into a nice digonal as shown below. Button 1 is actually acting as a Scene Modifier on Scene 1, hence it does not work until a scene has been set in the unit. This behaviour is currently being cleaned up in the next version.

Let us know how you go...

    Cheers,
    Mark.

    Cant edit

Ok, I understand about getting it neat. Trouble is, line 1 is blanked out and wont let me change either of them.

Is there a way to totally reset this device ?

    Ignore that

ignore the last post - I just removed all references, saved, went back in and re-added.

    All working as expected now.

    Thanks
