Have searched the forums, but havent found an answer.

I have all scenes stored in B&W, and DLT switches. I have most of the scenes stored in the same Trigger Group, as on the same DLT switch, I need to run multiple different scenes.

Action selectors are values between 10 and 40, and it all works great, except, when I turn off a GA that was set by a scene, the DLT indicator still shows that scene as ON, even though a GA is different.

Any way around this? I have a PAC as well.

What firmware version is your DLT? It will help to answer this question as there was a change in htis behaviour along the way

I have DLTS with version 2.0 and 2.1, both do the same thing.

Given that the Scenes are being remotely triggerred I suggest it's more likely that the firmware in the B&W Touchscreen is an older version and it's not telling the DLT to turn off the indicator when the Scene is broken.

    Can you please check this?

A DLT is capable of indicating scene activity correctly for all scenes stored in its memory. For scenes stored in other units, the other units must indicate to the DLT that the scene is no longer active. If you have set up unique action selectors for all scenes, the DLT is set up correctly for this. As Newman noted, the 'kill scene indicator' function has been introduced in units only in the last few years, so if you have older firmware in the unit holding the scene information, or if that unit is not set up with correct action selectors, then the DLT may be left with an inappropriate LED state.

The DLT versions that you have support this feature fully

B&W touchscreens do not (yet) support transmission of an indicator kill command, so if the scene (that lives in a B&W touchscreen) gets broken, other units that remotely trigger the scene won't have their indicator turn off.

This will be addressed in a future release.

So Ashleigh, you are saying this is normal, and there is nothing I can do about it currently?

The firmware on the Touchscreen is the latest I could find, at 2.2.

Yep, sorry, nothing you can do.

Apart from store scenes in non-B&W c-touch units, that is.

Scenes stored in Neo, Saturn or Reflection should be just fine, and you can trigger them from the B&W c-touch.

Of course, if you do that, the indiction of a broken scene on the b&w c-touch won't track.

A firmware update is coming, though this is a few months off.
