    DLT copies

    Hi Nick,

A number of manufacturers are copying the LCD style of the Clipsal DLT.

Dynalite have recently released one, it may even be the one in the youtube video.

In fact, Clipsal did not come up with the concept of the LCD labelling panel with buttons!!

AMX released a products some 10 years ago call the Panja DMS keypad which looked and functioned remarkably like the DLT we know today.

The DMS keypad provided 4 pages of 6 functions per page (for memory).

It also included up and down keys to allow you to navigate forwards and backwards through the pages.

    Find more info here:

amx is central intelligence, so it's a lot easier to produce a product like this. it just uses server functions.

DLP is for "s-bus", which is distributed intelligence system, a lot like c-bus =) and their dimmers look much like c-bus new Infinity dimmers =)

    No, it's not dynalite. it's S-Bus.

They say they are the best in the world and sent me table of comparison
S-Bus vs C-Bus vs Dynalite which was pretty interesting.

    And their prices..... ahhh...
