Anyone found a use for the nightlight in DLTs ??
It seems to work like this
if all switchs are off - nightlight on - so in the daytime you got lots of blue lights.
any switch on - nightlight goes off - so of a night ok but at bedtime back to all
    blue lights on.

with 4 switchs in bedroom now called the blue room

would be nice to have group that could control the nightlight than i could use the touch to turn off in daytime and dim at bedtime.

    Dave,

Nightlight will turn on at the 'Fixed Level' once the 'Activity Duration' has expired. Nightlight can be selected on User Buttons, Page Button or all buttons. If you select 'Override Indicator State' the nightlight will always turn on once the activity duration has expired. If you leave it unchecked, then the nightlight will only turn on if no indicator is on.

If you select the Screen and Inidicator Brightness to follow the Level of a Group, this level will be used for the nightlight. You can then use a schedule or button to set the group to the desired level at different times.

    Cheers,
    MArk.

    Hi Dave,
No firmware change is ever easy!

Could you do something with the 'Override Indicator State' box unchecked? This should let you see On indicators during the day, then have the nightlight on at night (if all indicators on the page are off). If there is always one key on at night, do some shuffling of buttons, 'Override Indicator State' only applies to the current page.

Honestly, the nightlight and indicator control on C-Bus input units are pretty darn flexible. They're unlikely to be changed (especially on existing products) unless you convince enough C-Bussers to ring their local rep and demand it!

    Good luck!

    Cheers,
    Mark.
