Finging that some the cover plates jam the buttons in the DLTs, and the buttons not fully returning.
    Switch fail when this happens.
Have returned switch to Clipsal Bris for a look.
Gang holes need to be bigger.

    DLT Issue

yes I have had the same thing happen, when installing the DLT?s beacuse the base is made of plastic it can warp the slightest bit, and make some of the button stuck, I have found the the dept of the backbox into the wall affects this, i.e. how deep into the wall the backbox is, if I get it a just the right amount it?s not a problem, also if the wall is not 100% streight it can also couse the plastic back part of the DLT to warp, and some of the buttons get stuck.
