Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk and Press Enter

    I have a client with a Colour Touch Screen and it's been installed 10 months or so ago, I programmed it all up as per the training manual and my course. However they have called me back to site as they have the message, "Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk and Press Enter". I've contacted CIS Tech Support and they posted me another Flash Card, however that hasn't fixed the problem either. I have had no issues with any other touch screens and have never seen this before. Because by installing the new Flash CIS provided I thought that would reload the boot files etc. in the event they had become corrupt.


    Any Ideas??

    It sounds to me like some sort of hardware failure. You will probably need to get the unit swapped over.
