Just wondering if there are any requirements to have seperate nuetral bars for each dimmer unit on a network, and if so what could the implications of not doing so be.

    Thanks in advance

i used a single pole rcd for each pair of 8 channel dimmers. then i used an overvoltage protector with each dimmer unit - 8 channel.

it is a bit over the top but it isolates short circuit and over-current protection to a small group. the rest of the house stays lit.

wiring all the modules into one rcd means that one channel takes out all of the lights.

That's why you have circuit breakers for each / multiple C-Bus output units.
