We are currently using the C-Bus system, we have had a couple issues with the light switches. The dimmable lights are off but not entirely it seems to have only dimmed to the lowest point but not turned off.
We had a new C-Bus installed but we still have the same issue. We also had new DLT wall switches installed but unfortunately couldn't programme the labels.
Unfortunately we do not have electricians in the country who can be able to have this sorted out.

    Is there any suggestions?

    Hello
The CBus dimmers use solid state switching to turn the lights off and there is some residual voltage even when the dimmer output is set to zero or off.
Depending on the model and number of LED lights per output channel some LED’s will glow or flicker even in the off state.
Ideally it would be best to select light fittings which don’t have this problem but there is a load correction device which can be installed on each channel having problems.

Regarding CBus and dimming there are several CBus dimmer products and two dimming methods, leading edge and trailing edge.
A lot of cheap light fittings won’t have that information but you should try to select the compatible type.

    Which country are you located?
I think you have a very good chance here on the forum to find someone who might be able to work with and advise your local electrician remotely.

Thank you I really appreciate this. This is very helpful.

The C-Bus Automated system is rarely used in the country which is unfortunate.

I am located in Papua New Guinea.
