Dim sequentially?

Hi.

Is it possible to dim lights sequentially in a scene? for example,

Dim main lights to 50%
THEN
Dim sidelights to 20%
THEN
Dim LEDs to 30%

As opposed to having them all change levels at the same time?

At the minute I have 3x 8 channel SpaceLogic dimmers, a 12 channel C-Bus2 relay, 9x Saturn Neo switches and an eDLT Panel.

I have a serial inteface connected to my server running Toolkit 1.17.6.

I'm brand new to all of this so any help appreciated. I'd like to do it through software and I've spent a fortune already on all this kit.

Just a thought, it could be simpler to start all at the same time but change timing?
Dim main lights over eg 4 seconds
Dim sidelights over eg 8 seconds
Dim LEDs over eg 12 seconds

If your using PICED unit it will tie up the processor i think. So you could use IR comands to a NEO switch to fir off the comands and use a third party universal remote to add the required delays between comands. OR send the comands through a cBus nework gateway interface. AS for the cBus logic way it is possible but I dont know the command lines of the top of my head.

 

Thanks for the idea. Seems like it's gonna be a mess to implement no matter what way I do it.

Do you think they will release a firmware for the eDLT with sequences? That would be amazing.
