device protection

    Hi
    In Australia, we have to size the MCB's to protect the cables. So typically you use a 10A MCB (preferably a combo MCB/RCD) to protect 1.5mm cable on a lighting circuit. That's irrelevant of the relay or switch rating, naturally these have to be capable of safely controlling the connected load.

    From reading other posts here I believe they have to protect each output in the UK.
