Device Failures

    I had a bunch of WRB4R2 (2 channel wireless relay) and WRB4D2 (2 channel wireless dimmers) installed 12 years ago - these switches have worked well over ensuing years, however in the last few months, they have been randomly loosing the Output Channel Groups assignments.

    Usually they can be reprogrammed with Toolkit, however today I've encountered one switch that despite repeated attempts to save, keeps erroring with "Unit Failed to Save to the Physical Unit".

    Is the memory in these known to fail over time and if so can they be repaired or do we need to look for an alternative solution?
