demopad

    hi guys


    i was wondering if anyone has got or knows if cbus lighting can be controled by demopad?

    is this actualy possible

    I haven't seen that software before, and after a quick look it seems to have a nice GUI.

    I have no doubt it could be configured to send specific C-Bus commands to a CNI to make stuff happen, however it seems to be only 1 way.

    So if something changes on your network (like somebody turning on a light from a switch) the app does not update its state for that light.

    In fairness it does say it's a remote control, and should be thought of as a fancy TV remote equivalent, and only used to control things where you can see the result and therefore know if it has worked.

    Do you have a specific problem your trying to solve?
