Delivery problems

    I ordered on the 13th of November 26 switches Saturn & DLT with the cream fascia.

    I was informed yesterday that "The delivery dates for the cream Saturns is February and March next year." :eek:

    They told me also that there are in stock switches with white glass fascia and spare parts cream fascias...

    I was wondering how difficult would be for Clipsal to have different ordering codes for the mechanisms and the glass fascias?

    We usually install the mechanisms and after the final paint works (2 or 3 months later) we return to install the fascias and to finish commissioning.

    Hi,

    I am not sure what the situation is in Europe, but in Australia you can order the mechanism only with an -LF (Less Fascia) suffix, so 5082NL-LF is a 2 button Saturn mechanism, and 5082F-30 is a cream fascia.
