Ctouch firmware update stuck

    Wondering if someone can give some advice please.Phone support is not available over the weekend. In the process of doing a firmware update today on a V1 screen and got to the stage where the Warning message appears and tells you not to disconnect etc.....this has now been on the screen for 8 hours so I imagine something has gone wrong. Can anyone advise the correct procedure to progress on from here please.
