CTC not operating the CBus output

    Gday All,
    A new member here to Cbus and would appreciate any assistance with:
    The Colour Touch Screen is not operating the lighting on the Cbus system.
    I can see the programmed soft-button on the CTC for each Cbus switch/ input is operating on/ off (toggles on the screen when operated by a wired switch),..... and I can operate the soft-button on the CTC screen, but the lights (outputs) on the Cbus will not operate from the CTC.
    I have restarted the CTC a couple of times,
    I have cycled power to the CBus system

    hope this makes sense

    Thanks for posting

    This is a known problem with the CTC touchscreens and it will need to be repaired. If you are able (capable) of removing the touchscreen from the wall yourself, you can send it to Jea Tech for repairs. Trevor from Jea tech looks at this forum regularly (almost daily) so I'm sure he will PM you with the details.
    If you are not able top remove the unit yourself, post the city you are in and someone can probably assist you. If you are in Adelaide, I can help you.

    Firstly thanks for the referal always appreciated.

    Yep thats the comon problem we see on the screens as they age, no problem to fix, could also need a new cmos battery if time and date are not correct.
