CTC Client problem

    Hi all I'm running PICED in windows 98 and as best I can tell I meet all the technical requirements spelled out in the help menu. How ever when I Go to transfer project or start the CTC client on its own I get a "Win32 API function failed" error message. Then when I click OK I get "Access violation at address 004BA5B9 in module 'CTCCLIENT.EXE'. Read of address FFFFFFF." If I hit OK on this message CTCclient stays open but as soon as I go to 'discovery wizard' or 'quick discover' I get these same messages again. If any one has come accorss this or knows how to get rid of it more importantly it would be greatly appreciated.
