Corrupted Firmware on L5512RVFP - Thoughts on recovery ?

    I have two L5512RVFP units that whilst appearing on my network show as NO_UNIT. I can change the network address successfully but an attempt to configure results in a message suggesting I might like to return them to Clipsal for recovery.

    Now before I take what feels like an expensive step, I just wondered if anyone has had this problem and recovered their units?

    I recently installed a L5512RVF that thought it was an 8 channel. Everything about it appeared as if it was 12C but it was 8 channel. Even the manual buttons did not work.
