When you installed ToolKit, did you select the option to install the USB drivers?

Did you install latest ToolKit (1.11.7) ?

    Hi Darren

Jip I do have the new Toolkit 1.11.7 installed, I did tick the option to force install the usb drivers,a few times and still nothing. I also tried going back to previous versions, also nothing.

Ive got no idea what is the reason for this, I did format the same pc a few times previously and never had issues. and its runnung on win 7 32.

Let me know if you can think of something else

    Thanks

There have been a few people finding problems with the USB drivers with Windows 7. A new version will be released soon. If you need it urgently, contact CIS Tech Support and ask for a new driver (let them know to contact me if they don't have it).

I found that the compatability settings in Windows7 were needed on my 32 bit system.
    But then it worked OK
