Hi guys, I have a new c-bus - control4 install in progress. Iv been told from the Control4
Tech I need a 5500pc for coms to control4 for via RS232. I have a Shac in the system already, can you not use the Shacs RS232 instead?

No. The RS232 on the SHAC is not a Cbus interface. You can use the SHAC as a CNI (i.e. network interface). I'm not sure if control4 supports a CNI though.
