Comm port error

    Hi having trouble connecting to my touch screen from my laptop using PICED. the comm port shows a yellow exclamation error in device manager which i understand that is the problem , but not sure how to get around it. please help

    Which touch screen do you have? If you run the tooklit installer and click the option of force installing the USB drivers that may help.

    Agree with the above, sounds like the drivers aren't registered, reinstalling piced and using the force drivers install might be the easiest fix.
