Colour Touch TS - no transmit

    In past week I came across 2 TS which stopped transmitting commands. No scenes, no schedule can be triggered, icons react to On/Off (from DLT) but when touched, lights doesn't change, an there is no message logged in a log.

    I've got a screenshot from TS log.

    Any idea ?

    Heya

    We have had about half a dozen clients with this problem. There is a component that fails, which stops commands being transmitted from the screen to the bus but the receive part still functions.

    Clipsal can repair it, it has to go back to Adelaide. I would contact your local rep.

    Hi All,

    I had 2 screens with this problem over the last few weeks.

    Clipsal told me that there were no longer parts for the mk2 touch screens, so they could not repair it.

    Anyone else had more luck?
