It sounds like you are trying to do this:
    1. Control 7 heating zones
    2. Need to control each zone from separate Schedules
    3. Want separate enable/disable for each Schedule
    4. Want to override (force on?) each zone with a separate button

I assume that your problem is that if the override buttons control the heating load group addresses, then they will display as being on when the Schedule switches on the load. There will be another problem in that if you manually switch on the load, then the Schedule can still switch it off.

If you want the Schedule and override button to separately control the load (the load will be on if either the override or the schedule switches it on) then you will need to use a small amount of logic.

    Option 1

Have the Schedule and override button control different group addresses and use logic in the output unit so that the load will be on if either group is on.

This is very easy, but you will have the disadvantage of not being able to easily see if the load is actually on or not.

    Option 2

Have the Schedule and override button control different group addresses and write some logic in a unit using Pascal logic (C-Touch, PAC or Wiser units) to combine the two groups (using "or" logic) to give a third group which actually controls the load.
