Colour touch screen repairs

    Hi All,
    JEA Technologies has had to make some changes to the way we handle touch screen repair deliveries.
    We will now require all our customers to request an RMA number from us prior to sending any touch screens for repair.
    This will not affect any repairs delivered in person by customers.
    All repairs completed by us will only be transported back to customers via TNT transport.
    This will allow us to calculate return postage costs depending on your location.
    For most this will be a fee of $25
    Unfortunately, some customers may be in remote areas and the transport costs will depend on what TNT charges us for this delivery
    If customers wish to use their own carrier service (Not Australia Post) then this is ok. But they must arrange for delivery and pickup
    Delivery charges will be provided on a proforma invoice that we require our customers to agree to prior to shipping repairs to us.
