Colour C Touch Connectivity

    I am having problems uploading my project with my laptop. I have sucessfully loaded with my home PC using a hub but continue to have no luck with the laptop. Both machines are running Piced 3.4.0. I have tried to use a hub with the laptop but still wont work.
    The laptop will talk to screen to show IP address but after rescanning cannot find the CTouch. I have reloaded the software several times to no avail.
    It is annoying as I have to remove the screen from the job every time I update it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Make sure the SUBNET MASK is set the same on both devices.

    It is most likely your laptop is using a different subnet mask.

    What Operating System are you running on the Laptop?

    How is the Network Card in the Laptop Configured? (Static IP, DHCP)

    Do you have a Firewall running and if so is it blocking the PICED software?
