color c-Touch

Downloaded project to color touchscreen all went ok, when it re-started it showed a error message - ctcserver.exe - application error, push ok to cloase application.

now I cannot communicate with the touchscreen at all, it starts up and i can see and push the start button but cannot setup networking or ip address.

What should i try next?

 

If the CTCServer application has been corrupted, you will no longer be able to communicate with the color C-Touch. The only remedy is to swap the flash card over

It should not be possible for this to happen when updating the project. It is conceivable (but very unusual) when updating the colour C-Touch software. Can you clarify exactly what you did to make this happen ?

 

The same thing happened to me when I was updating the firmware. There were two CTC's in the house, one worked; the other didn't.

 

It happenend while updating the firmware. I have spoken to CIS and we need to swap the flash card.
