CNI type cannot be determined?

I've installed a 5500SHAC on my network that communicates flawlessly with my C-BUS hardware and I have full access ti the inbuilt web interface. However when I try and connect Toolkit via a PC on the same network it returns data on the initial scan showing the project name and number of units (correctly), but when I try to scan the network it say "The CNI for the default interface can not be determined, Try using the Sa=can C-Bus Network interfaces option to scan for CNI and then open it from there".

If I use my old serial interface it works fine. Firmware in the 5500SHAC is latest as is Toolkit.

Any ideas on how to sort out the IP connection?

    Thanks
