CNI connection fail - Converter problems

    Hi guys,

    I have a problem where my CBUS has stopped talking to the crestron. I tried opening the project network via the toolkit, but just get a connection fail. The IP connect tool tells me that the CNI is offline. If i ping the interface, I get maybe one return out of 10 pings sent.

    My suspicion is that the Lantronix UD10 serial to ethernet converter has failed. Anything else i should be looking for?

    Or do i just go ahead and replace the Lantronix converter?
