I am wanting to look more closely into a clean air solution for high efficiency homes where windows are triple glazed and never opened.

I found this product but it looks to be difficult to service because the filter elements are in the same housing as the air motor.

I wanted to ask the forum what they are using and if there is anything with a separable filter unit. I find many of these designs are either useless or they are difficult to keep clean.

I also notice that none of them are using UV stages despite having expensive filters. That means over time it will become loaded with fungus.

Does anyone have an opinion on this .... I feel it is one of the lesser understood areas in the C-Bus integration loop. Clearly not all homes need air conditioning and this type of air exchange technology is more than adequate for most people and about 10X lower running cost in terms of power.

I would like to use more technology like this in my integration. Want to know what others are using.
