    Hi

Does anyone have an alternate non-toll free number for CIS Technical? I've been trying to get through for a couple of days but it always fails before ringing, and I've tried from multiple line sources

The number specified on CIS Technical is +61 8 8345 9531 ( for international callers to Australia )

I'm assuming that telephone is the only way to get to them!

    Many thanks

Those are toll free numbers? They won't work for me as an international caller.

Tried Clipsal's main number on +61 1300 202 525, and I get a nice Aussie lade telling me I'm either on a mobile phone or out of the area and unable to connect the call.

Any other numbers that I can use that are normal landline numbers? Thanks!

You could try clipsal head office and ask to be directed from there..

Thanks. It would appear there are no spare parts, and some worn paint on a button requires the entire unit to be replaced.

Not great really for a premium product.
