I have just tried to call CIS tech support on the following numbers but only get a recorded message from the Christmas break.

    1300 722 247
    08 8345 9531
    08 8161 0131

    Is the business still operating?

    Surely someone has some information.
Did I miss the story about Clipsal not doing any tech support for the product any more?

"The Holidays Act 1910 provides for the third Monday in May to be a public holiday. Since 2006 this public holiday has been observed on the second Monday in March through the issuing of a special Proclamation by the Governor"

But it's no excuse for the message on the answering machine.

Public Holiday in SA today for Adelaide Cup. Yeh not exactly the race that stops a nation. Infact ask any SA resident where it is held and most wouldn't know which track. was not even televised that I could tell.

Just my two cents. if Clipsal decided to do all the tech support out of one location then they need to make sure that they are available when any of the states has no public holiday.

And possibly not leave a message on the answering machine that they were on Christmas holidays and will be back in January.
