We are renovating a 15 yr old apartment which my electrician says is 'leading edge' C-Bus. When I choose new LED dimmable lights, how can I tell from the description that it will work on my C-Bus?

First call the manufacturer or distributor and ask are the fittings compatible with CBus leading edge dimmer.
If they say yes then confirm you can return the product if operation is not satisfactory.

Any LED which is suitable for leading edge dimmers should work.
Though a problem which might still occur is flashing in the off state.
There is a load correction device available from Clipsal to help fix that problem.
One Clipsal LDCA is required for each dimmer output channel affected.
The dimming range programmed into the dimmer output might need altering to suit the lamp.

    Forgot to mention.
If dimming is not required anything which can be switched to a CBus relay output is going to make lamp selection so much easier.
