Hi Legends, been a while since I worked on CBUS, I have a customer who has a 5500NAC.
They had 4 cameras go tits up.
The cameras have been replaced with a different brand sadly the old manufacturer is no more.

    The new ones are Dahua.

I can logon to the 5500, look at the widget which shows the camera, and it appears to be using MJPEG.
    http://192.168.1.202:6012/video.mjpg

Is it possible that the NAC can load the RTSP stream of the cameras?
I can logon to the RTSP stream via the PC, but me throwing it into the visualization seems to do nothing.
I would assume the webpage is just requesting http
anyone want to throw me some knowledge?

    Many thanks in advance.

RTSP no workie, to do it probably requires a driver like activex installed on the client, the limitation is not the 5500NAC its the web browser and drivers/addons on the client device that is the limitation.
in case of http/mjpeg this works by the client device loading the url directly in the browser. but its deprecated in most modern browsers, i think firefox still supports this method??
there are some web services you can subscribe to which serve up the rtsp stream as jpeg, but I've never used them
