Hi, I'm looking to put in ceiling fans in my apartement (cica 2003).
It is fitted out with a C-Bus electrical system, and most of the sparkies roll their eyes and say how difficult it will be.
Is there a better way of doing it using the C-Bus system?
They've talked of running wires from the smoke alarm and bathroom fans, but say you still need a wall breaker switch, and that is difficult with no roof access.
    Any help, appreciated.
    I'm in Terrigal, NSW

You have posted a picture of a dimmer unit (the teal coloured item). Is that the only switchboard item? Is there by any chance a relay unit too in the switchboard? And, how many fans are you looking to put in?
