Hi, have 10 year old system that have had issues with since day one the installer just palms me off saying he is too busy to come and have a look 3 lights have been turning on during the day while we are at work and sometimes the light switches start flashing when pressed then will start working as normal after an hour or so I don't know how to go about fixing this any advice is appreciated.
I'm in the Canterbury area of Sydney.

Flashing switches indicates poor communication, this could be power supply failing, or loss of C-Bus clock.
Lights coming on when not at home could be
30mech device to tight in an architrave switch,
PIR false detecting, among many other possible causes.
Both of your issues need an experienced installer to investigate, being in Sydney you should be able to find some trustworthy installer, look on the SE or Clipsal website for an approved installer or integrator.

    Hi
All of what Wonkey said all so If it is the same problem you have had since day 1 it could be just not enough power supplies in system.
I live in Canterbury/Bankstown are message me if i can help I have worked with CBus since day 1
